Stop making comments that even remotely suggest that an adopt is too expensive, or that you could never afford it, or that you wish it could be bought with points. These are literally pointless. The only thing that they accomplish is making the artist feel like trash for selling their work for what it's worth.

Stop guilt tripping artists for not selling things your way. No matter how much it sucks for you that things get bought too fast or when you're asleep or at work, there's someone else who'd be just as screwed as you if it went your way instead. There's no way to please everyone, so stop behaving like you're the only one entitled to be successful.

Stop ripping off designs! You think you're being subtle or that you're just "inspired" by the thing you ripped off and that no one will ever connect the dots, but please oh god trust me when I say that someone will absolutely notice. Someone WILL notice, and they WILL remember that you're the ass that stole a design.

Stop ignoring the rules on journals. If someone asks you not to offer anything apart from what's listed and you offer that stuff anyway, you're being disrespectful and selfish and no one likes that. It annoys everyone, not just the person who made the journal. People will remember that behavior.

Stop begging. If someone says they're not interested in a trade or an offer or whatever, that's it. It's done. Don't make them feel bad about it because you think you're entitled to what they have. You aren't. You're acting like a child and no one thinks it's cute.

Stop complaining. Bitching in public via comments or journals about the way something was done or handled just because it means you didn't get your way is childish and pathetic. Take it up with the person privately or vent to your friends about it in skype where it won't needlessly make people feel like garbage.
